Recently the municipal council has refurbished their old office and equipped their meeting room with a new Audio Video system and Audio Conference System.
With the COVID-19 pandemic, the meeting room is crucial for offline and online meetings. Therefore, it is time for the AV and Audio conferencing system installation for the Municipal Council usage. For multi-functions and businesses meetings, the room could seat up to more than 40 people at one time. To achieve an entire experience of hybrid meetings, presenters can now present wirelessly using an interactive touch panel screen; the audiences can interact using the BXB Conference system. As a comprehensive audio-video & media system integrator company, STAGETEC Asia has managed to supply and install the overall AV and Audio-conferencing system for the meeting room with the collaboration of IT company Ishan Tech. Ishan Tech was onboard to execute and maintain the IT and Data security infrastructure for the Municipal council.

The whole audio-video system integrates seamlessly with the audio conferences system, improving the overall sound quality for the Batu Pahat Municipal Council meeting room.
